Rates: $250 per consultation. $200 per standard 'full' session which is approximately 53 minutes. Lesser session time frames are prorated.
Insurance: Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Insurance Plans We Accept: Aetna, ASR, Blue Care Network, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Priority Health.
MEDICAID: Our office does not participate with any Medicaid plans.
MEDICARE: Our office does not participate with Medicare.
TRICARE: DUE TO ONGOING STRUGGLES RECEIVING COMMUNICATION FROM TRICARE, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT NEW CLIENTS WITH TRICARE INSURANCE EFFECTIVE 3-12-2025.
Payment: Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Please call the office at 231-683-2101 with questions and/or to make payment by phone.
Cancellation Policy: If you miss your scheduled therapy appointment and have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay a $100 fee.
HOURS: Mon 7a-5p; Tues 7a-6p; Wed 7a-5p; Thur 7a-5p; Fri 7a-5p.
